We are looking for female and male participants aged 18 year or over. Your answers to this survey will help determine potential risk-factors for gastroparesis and inform health professionals to better identify at risk individuals. Your participation is voluntary and anonymous. The survey is expected to take approximately 15 minutes of your time.
